This smoothie bowl is incredibly easy to make and is very filling. It’s not overly sweet either. If you have cookie cutters, you could cut up your fruit into cute shapes like stars or hearts.
My husband requested that I make something rainbow that isn’t baked goods. While baked goods and sweets are my go to, I was up for the challenge and landed on rainbow kebabs.
Even though I was spending my birthday in quarantine (thanks, #covid19), I still wanted to do something festive. So, I made myself a rainbow cheesecake.
Regardless of how you decide to prepare this, rainbow pasta is pretty fun and colorful. My husband said it felt like he was eating a “6 year-old’s dinner.”
These don’t taste any different from your plain, buttermilk pancakes but rainbow pancakes feel more magical.
